Join us for a transformative 2.5 hour Breathwork session at Nalanda Retreat Goa, designed to help you connect deeply with yourself and unlock the healing potential of your being.
What to Expect:
The session will begin with sound-related practices to gently open and activate the energy body, preparing you for a deeper experience. Using Conscious Connected Breath as our main breathing pattern, we’ll guide you into a state of profound realization and self-awareness. This breathing technique promotes release, healing, and inner clarity, allowing your energy to flow freely.

This unique experience will be hosted by:
* Manolis Zografakis (Sound Therapist, Breathwork Practitioner)
* Tyna Kristyna Jelinkova (Holistic therapist, Breathwork Practitioner)
* Joshua Papatheodorou (Yoga Instructor, Breathwork Practitioner)
Tips for Preparation:
Maximize the benefits of your healing by entering a receptive and mindful state:
* Have a clear intention for the session.
* Stay hydrated throughout the day.
* Avoid consuming caffeine, alcohol, or heavy meals on the day of the session. Allow at least 2 hours for digestion beforehand.
* Ensure 30 minutes before and after the session are free for rest. Let others know of your unavailability during this time.
* Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
* Bring a blindfold mask or a scarf to cover your eyes.

Contraindications:
Breathwork is generally safe, but it may NOT be suitable for individuals with the following conditions:
* Severe heart issues or cardiovascular problems.
* Epilepsy or a history of seizures.
* Schizophrenia, psychosis, or other severe psychiatric conditions.
* Pregnancy.
* Recent major surgeries or injuries.
