On Sunday, March 9, at Healing Circle Yoga, following the two-day sound therapy training seminar, Manolis Zografakis will guide us on a journey through the relaxing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments. This session is designed to release tension and restore balance to both body and mind.

During the session, we will use our voices to harmonize our energetic bodies before lying comfortably to experience the soothing vibrations of various sound therapy instruments. These sounds will help us enter a meditative state, promoting the free flow of vital energy throughout the body, leaving us feeling refreshed and renewed.

Sound therapy has been shown to reduce anxiety, depression, and insomnia while enhancing creativity, concentration, and intuition. This session is suitable for everyone, and no prior experience is required.

The session will be led by Manolis Zografakis, an accredited sound therapist.

What to bring:

• A blanket and warm socks (in case you get cold)
• A pillow for your head
• A small bottle of water

How to prepare for the sound bath:

• Stay well-hydrated throughout the day.
• Avoid caffeine and alcohol, as they may cause discomfort, stress, dizziness, or heart palpitations.
• Avoid large meals, and allow at least two hours for digestion before the session.
• Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
