Sound Healing Training Seminars
I offer sound therapy training seminars featuring Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and other healing instruments. These two-day seminars are structured into three primary levels/modules.
These seminars are intended for:
- Holistic/alternative healers
- Yoga and meditation instructors
- Psychotherapists and mental health counsellors
- Professionals looking to integrate singing bowls and gongs into their therapies
- Individuals interested in using therapeutic sounds for self-healing
Module 1:
- Introduction to the theory of singing bowls and gongs
- Evidence-based benefits of singing bowls and gongs
- Overview of various healing methods and systems
- Types of singing bowls and gongs and their applications
- Tips and techniques for playing
- Specialized protocols for using 1-3 bowls in sound therapy for others
- Developing essential healing skills
- Guidance on purchasing singing bowls and gongs
*This workshop is suitable for all experience levels, and no previous knowledge is required.
Module 2: In the second level, we cover:
- Identifying energy imbalances
- Activating the relaxation response
- Using the voice as an additional tool to activate and balance energy
- Specialized protocols with 1 to 7 bowls (full chakra set)
- Introduction to crystal singing bowls for harmonizing energy
- Working with crystals and the bowls
- Combining bowls with other treatments
- Using additional instruments (gong, chimes, drum, ocean drum, etc.)
Module 3: In the third level, we explore:
- Conducting group sound baths for small and large groups
- Sound therapy for couples
- Introduction to the gong and its techniques
- Anatomy of the energy field – biofield anatomy and identifying energy imbalances
- Working with the autonomic nervous system and the vagus nerve
- Extra techniques for using crystal singing bowls
Instructor: The seminars are led by Manolis Zografakis, a certified sound therapist and member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).
Support after the Seminar: Post-seminar coaching is available through dedicated Facebook and Viber groups.
Certification: Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of attendance, recognizing their learning and experience.

2/2/23I had the privilege of attending a two-day sound therapy seminar in Chania with Manolis Zografakis, and it was an incredible experience. As a massage therapist, I wanted to complement my therapies with Tibetan Singing bowls. Manolis’ deep knowledge and expertise in the field of Tibetan singing bowls and sound healing provided a comprehensive understanding of the practice.
